Then The Lord God made a woman from the rib He had taken out of the man, and He brought her to the man. The man said, “This one is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh”… Gen 2:21-23 Reg wrote this poem…
‘Fashioned from the rib of Adam
Who cried out to his God for me
Who brought me from the heart of man
Laid bare beneath my feet
And I’m compelled to trust these hands
Of Him I feel but cannot see
His image must be that of man
I feel with each heartbeat
My virgin soul begs understanding
Emotions race from mind to heart
Each one is auditioning
For the leading part
The lights go down, the curtain rises
The play of life has now begun
And I am chosen as the mother
Of every daughter, every son
But what if future generations
Lose direction and their trust?
Will their souls be saved?
Or be as dust returned to dust?
