The abstract hands of God are pulling man from the dust, as described in Genesis. A scroll with the edition number is hidden in the dust at the back of this piece. It sits on marble and is placed on a walnut turntable.
“Oh God who breathed Your life in me
And brought me from the dust below
May I always sing Your praise
And in my heart, Your will to know
If I never hear Your voice
And night time falls across my mind
Leave me for the wind to claim
For life I cannot find”
