The ‘Oval Office’ is a play on words that seemed to fit. The comparison here may be that of an overseer to an environment full of beauty and life. Nothing was spared in the effort to present the elegant Great Blue Heron in its natural habitat. The first impression is how beautiful life is under water as well as above with five large mouth Bass swimming between lily pads. The bottom of the pond with roots, weeds, and footprints in the mud bed is set on a custom made walnut base. Combined with the sculpted bronze name plate, The Oval Office captures both the beauty and peace of nature itself.
